Due to the nature of our products we do not accept returns or exchanges. Refunds are processed on a case by case basis.

Processing + Shipping: 

Standard processing is at least 3-7 days. (This is the time it takes us to fulfill and ship your order out) Times are subject to change based on supply chain.  

Once shipped, expect to receive your order within 2 to 7 business days.

For Pre-Orders & Holidays: Please allow a minimum of 7 and maximum of 10 business days for your order to be processed and shipped out from our location.

Note: Holidays and Weekends Are Not Considered Business Days. Due to increased demand and supply chain delays processing and shipping may take longer, please be patient. We do not have any special access or connections with the providers. If you have any questions regarding the status of your package after it has been shipped, it is best to contact the shipping provider (USPS, UPS, DHL, FEDEX).

If 14-21 days have passed since your order was shipped and you still have not received your package or if it is marked as lost or returned to sender please email info@thebodycureco.com. In your email, please include your full name, billing and shipping address, order number and tracking information email address.
